We are committed to protecting our visitors’ privacy and we will not collect any personal information about you as a visitor unless you provide it voluntarily. Any personal information you communicate to us is kept within our own records in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We have a legal duty to respect and protect any personal information we collect from you and we will abide by such duty. We take all safeguards necessary to prevent unauthorised access and we do not pass on your details collected from you as a visitor, to any third party unless you give us your consent to do so.

Print sales do not include transfer of copyright. 

Any unauthorised use of the images, illustrations, graphics and text may violate copyright laws, trademark laws and/or other regulations and statutes.

Terms and Conditions

An order becomes binding as soon as you order.

Prints are unframed, print’s sold will be wrapped in craft paper, the wrapped print comes in a tube via mail.

Prints are shipped once a week.

Please allow 5 days for turnover, then

Malta  – 3 days – free postage
Europe – 10 days – €10 postage costs
Rest of the world – 20 days – €10 postage costs

International Shipping

Please note that local charges (eg. sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.

Shipping & Returns

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 working days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Please email us at nadine@nadinenoko.com.
